Article 1 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Tarsiwear  and to every distance contract concluded between Tarsiwear and the consumer via the webshop.

Article 2 – Products
Tarsiwear sells men clothes via the internet. We do our best to describe and depict the products as accurately as possible. However, color variations or slight size differences may occur.

Article 3 – Ordering and Payment
As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Payment is made via the payment methods offered by us. The order will be processed as soon as payment has been successfully received.

Article 4 – Shipping and Delivery
We ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. Tarsiwear  is not liable for delays beyond our control, such as postal or customs delays.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount, including shipping costs, back. The costs for the return are at your own expense.

Returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.

Article 6 – Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. We will respond as soon as possible, within 5 working days at the latest.

Article 7 – Liability
Tarsiwear is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products. Our liability is always limited to the purchase price.

Article 8 – Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your data is used exclusively for processing your order and is never shared with third parties without your permission.

Article 9 – Force Majeure
Tarsiwear is not obliged to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure, such as strikes, fire, government measures, or the failure of suppliers.

Article 10 – Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Tarsiwear.
