Return policy

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the return shipment must actually be sent within this period.

Product condition:

The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Labels and any accessories must still be attached.

Exceptions to returns:

Returns that do not meet the conditions will be returned to the customer.

Return process:

1. Download the return form .
   Download the return form via the link below. It is mandatory to complete this form in full and include it with your return shipment:

2. Fill out the form completely.
   Make sure you fill in all the requested information on the return form. Unfortunately, we cannot process your return without a fully completed return form.
   
   
3. Ship your return.
   Pack the item carefully and include the completed return form with the shipment. Send your return via a shipping point of your choice, such as PostNL or DHL.

Shipping costs:

We advise sending returns with a tracking code – lost packages are not our responsibility.

📦 Please note: The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense.
You must create the shipping label yourself with the carrier of your choice.

Refund:

Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the item. 

Any shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded, unless it is an error on the part of the webshop.

Damaged or incorrect delivery:

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt if the product is damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
