Shipping policy

Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping within the Netherlands
All orders within the Netherlands have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 working days.

International Shipping
International orders are possible. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Import Duties & Customs Fees
For orders shipped outside Europe, import duties, VAT, and/or customs fees may apply. These costs are not charged by us and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the order. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to these potential additional costs.

Pre-orders:

When placing a pre-order, you will immediately receive a tracking code via email.
However, the status remains unchanged until your order has actually been shipped.
